Our caring team assesses the specific needs of each individual prior to admission to The Courtyard. Care plans are then designed to meet those needs.

The Courtyard will carefully assess a resident’s individual needs to be sure their care plan is not only individual but accurate. Our Director of Nursing will consider any and all special needs that each individual may have, such as:

• Assistance with activities such as grooming, bathing, dressing and eating;
• Complexity of behavior patterns;
• Continence of bowel and/or bladder;
• Complexity of medical conditions;
• Other special needs requiring intensive one-to-one care.
