Welcome to Harbor House Alzheimer's Care in Poulsbo. In November 2008 we were awarded a deficiency free survey from DSHS following the two-day inspection process. Harbor House has an extensive history of deficiency-free annual state inspection awards since we opened our doors in 1998. Our community takes great pride in delivering the best of care and service by our dedicated employees at all times.

Harbor House Alzheimer's Care Community is nestled along the shores of beautiful Liberty Bay on the Kitsap Peninsula in Poulsbo, Washinton. Our demential care community is offering a Special Care Program based on the GENTLECARE approach designed to support residents with Alzheimer's Disease and related dementia. Harbor House staff members join with the resident and their family in creating a new home for their loved one.

Living with dementia can be stressful and confusing. Our consistent structured routine of programs and activities can comfort and calm those affected by mental losses. Within this structure, residents are encouraged to do as much as they can for themselves.
