Alzheimer's Family Support in Bremerton

Family members are an important part of our Marine Courte community. Our Family Support Group provides the opportunity for family members to meet in a mutually supportive atmosphere.

Families and visitors are encouraged to browse through and borrow books and videos from our Alzheimer's resource library.

We know the need for caregivers to have periods of rest is just as important as the care they give their loved one. To accommodate that need, we provide two temporary care respite programs for the family members with Alzheimer's:

• Day Program offers care for 1 - 8 hours per day. Individuals are welcome to participate daily or intermittently.
• Extended Care provides care from 1 - 30 days, scheduled as may be needed. Take a break for the day or plan some time for yourself on a regular basis.
