Linda Potter Administrator Linda Potter is the Administrator for Bay Pointe and Marine Courte, both located on our pristine campus in Bremerton. As a graduate of Washington State University, she has followed her passion in the Social Work field by focusing her career on working for and with seniors. Linda has been an Administrator for over eight years, and has been noted on numerous occasions to be an outgoing and positive individual who make customer service her number one goal. Please accept her warm invitation to stop by to say hello and be treated to a delicious fresh baked cookie. And, if you're a dog lover, be sure to ask to visit with Roscoe, her dachshund who spends more time getting affection from those that live at the two communities, than spends with Linda. |

Marsha Brown Marketing Director Marcia is passionate about helping families through life transitions. She brings six years experience inmatching seniors care needs and preferences tothe spaces available in independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing housing. She has staged a variety of events to attract the community to senior living options. Marcia brings her experience in broadcast television, technical education and full time motherhood/home management to Bay Pointe and Marine Courte. Working for a family organization that focuses on its commitment to seniors as well as the community at large feels like a perfect fit for Marcia.Bay Pointe Retirement Community including Marine Courte Memory Careis a beautifuljewel just off Kitsap Way just waiting for the community to discover what is in its own back yard. |

Erin Sacman LPN Assistant Director of Nursing Erin received her nursing education as an LPN in North Carolina, working on the East Coast for several years before returning to her childhood home of Bremerton in 1998. As the Assistant Director of Nursing for Marine Courte, she assists with assessments, care plans, medication review and family conferences with those that call Marine Courte home. Erin has 23 yrs. of nursing experience in hospital and emergency room settings, in long term care facilities, and most recently as a Clinic Lead nurse at The Doctors Clinic Orthopedic Department. She is married to John, has2 wonderful children Savannah 22, Chasen 13 and enjoys the time she spends with her three dogs - Mitzi, Chloe and Sammie. |

Janet Drake Business Office Manager After many years of working in Veterinary Medicine, Janet has opted for a career change. She has been working as a business office Manager for the past 7 years. Janet has a degree in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Guadalajara. |

Shawn Costello Environment Services Director Shawn is in charge of the Maintenance and Housekeeping staff at Bay Pointe & Marine Courte. He served in the U.S. Army for 20 years as a medic, electronics technician, platoon sergeant, and paratrooper. Shawn is very proud of the hard work and dedication all of his staff display in ensuring our residents have a clean, safe, and comfortable home. His team responds efficiently and respectfully to the maintenance and housekeeping needs of the residents and guests. Shawn has an established safety and operational maintenance program that has earned high marks with the various State of Washington entities that monitor the campus on a regular basis. |

Sean Brown Executive Chef The excellently reputed cuisine at Bay Pointe Retirement and Marine Courte has stepped up another notch with the addition of Sean Brown as Executive Chef. His experience is vast; he locally held the position as Manager of Mitzel's in Poulsbo, Director of Food and Beverage Operations at Clearwater Casino, and Executive Chef at Union's Alderbrook Resort. Sean is extremely well traveled and educated. In Guam he mastered the skills of garnishment creation and usage of herbs and fresh produce in recipes and those skills entice many residents to come very early to his meals in eager anticipation of unique and outstanding courses. Sean references himself as an artist through and through; he utilizes this passion for creation of delicious food, solar powered stained glass birdhouses, and woodwork. He is the prideful father of four, and enjoys discussing their involvement in his life. He becomes quite animated when those sports enthusiasts at the facility ask about his children's participation in North Kitsap Football. |
