Managers

Sylvana’s role is to understand the needs of all perspective residents and work with them and their families to assist in making the critical decision for placement. Having been in this field for well in over a decade, Sylvana is pleased to represent a community that puts the resident first and that is supportive to families and staff. She has a Masters in Managerial Leadership as well as a Certificate in Geriatric Mental Health from UW. Sylvana and her husband live in Edmonds and are active in the local community.

Karen is responsible for the development and implementation of the social, recreational and life skills programs at Rosewood Courte. She has been at Rosewood Courte since it's inception and has over 14 years of experience in senior activity and program design. She also lives in Edmonds.

Karen joined the Rosewood Courte team soon after we opened. During that time she has played a key role in providing the health services for residents in our program. Karen has been a caregiver working with healthcare teams for over 20 years, and is a Certified Nursing Assistant.

Victoria came to Rosewood Courte in September of 2006 with over 30 years of experience in medical office administration working in both the hospital setting and with private practitioners. She is responsible for all business office functions and works closely with the leadership team to address the needs of our residents and their families. She and her husband live in Everett.

Cindy has worked in food services for over 20 years. She received her certification in nutrition, diet therapy, food safety and sanitation from Lewis and Clark State College in Lewiston, Idaho Cindy has been a part of the Rosewood Courte team since the building opened in 2000 and is responsible for all aspects of food and nutritional services.

Julie’s role is to assist families in the evening and on weekends with any of their needs and to facilitate communication with the leadership team and nursing. She has first-hand experience being a caregiver for a loved one with Alzheimer’s and we all benefit from upbeat personality. Julie is also a volunteer with the Snohomish Red Cross and a resident of Edmonds.

John has been with Rosewood Courte since 2009. He brings significant experience working in residential care, along with well honed skills in carpentry, building, and plant maintenance. John is responsible for all aspects of physical plant upkeep, including grounds maintenance, housekeeping and laundry services. John and his family live in Snohomish.

Terri is a Registered Nurse with her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Northwest University. She has been with Rosewood Courte since 2009. Terri has experience with acute care nursing, as well as community health care. She is responsible for identifying, assessing, and meeting the health care needs of our residents, and works closely with the Program Director to assure the highest possible quality of life for our residents. Terri works with a staff of five licensed nurses and numerous nursing assistants to support our residents. She has two children and lives in Bellevue.
