Gale joined Somerset in 2004, bringing 15 years experience, both Administrative and Marketing in the assisted living/dementia field.  She is a strong advocate for the geriatric population and sits on the Ombudsmen Board.  Because of her experience and dedication, Gale has won numerous awards through her career.  Her team-oriented spirit, work experience and love for the dementia population make her a wonderful fit for our community.

Debbie brings over 30 years of skill and experience to the Somerset team. Her understanding of regulations, practices and procedures are an invaluable asset here in our facility. She enjoys working with the geriatric population as she feels they have so much love to give and experiences to share with the younger generations.

Judith has been Somerset's Program Director since 2006 and served as Activity Assistant for two years before that; having come from a long history of program assistance and activity planning. She constantly looks for new and satisfying ways for our residents to be cognitively and physically stimulated throughout their day.

David, originally from Epsom, England, came to the United States, degree in hand, ready to start a business in this land of opportunity. He has managed for over 30 years, a successful business as an independent contractor and joins us with a wide range of skills and knowledge to keep our facility running smoothly. David's cooperative approach, along with his compassion and sense of humor, are wonderful additions to our team.

Sheila joined Somerset in 2004, bringing eight years of mental health experience with her. Her love for and desire to maintain a high quality of life for our residents fuels her ambitions daily. Sheila is constantly working in conjunction with Somerset staff and family members to create a healthy, happy and loving environment that will enhance our resident's lives. Sheila has trained for and teaches Caregiver Specialty Training in Dementia to Somerset staff as well and is facilitator at Somerset's monthly support group.
