Tarah Threde Director of Social Services Tarah comes to Liberty Shores and Harbor House with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences from Washington State University as well as experience in the healthcare in both the long term care and hospital settings. She is here to use her education and experience with the aging population to improve the wellbeing of residents and their families as they face the changes, transitions and challenges of aging.
